My name is Jen and I have a goal… to make gluten free living as easy as possible.
How, you ask? By working together. By educating ourselves. By having a little fun 🙂
It’s not easy and I get that.
I know what it’s like because we have a gluten free home. We chose this lifestyle because of a diagnosis my daughter is faced with. I’ll admit, it’s a struggle at times.
On top of that, life is crazy busy. With three other kiddos, a hubby and full-time job life gets hectic! I’ve learned how to change my mindset, get a little creative and accept the challenge.
That’s why Dreaming in Yellow was started.
To share this challenge with others. To spread the knowledge I’ve learned along the way and to help others that are struggling with the lifestyle change.
